I was skeptical at first, but all it took was one ride to convince me otherwise. An expedition across Sri Lanka and hundreds of kilometers later, my bamboo bicycle is still running strong, an absolute work of art that is just at home in my living room as it is on a wide open road.

When I first heard about Bamboobee and their pioneering vision to make an eco-friendly product such as bamboo a part of everyday life, I wished to support them by using their bamboo bikes on our 728km bike trip in Sri Lanka in May 2012. Ahsun and his Bamboobee team took considerable effort to deliver the bikes to us on time and were always on-hand to assist us - all of which was very commendable.
